Presbyter of Cirta, named beside Montanus in the staff list of 19 May 303. His toponym distinguishes him from the four other men called Victor in the same document — a gravedigger, a notary, a grammarian-lector and an artisan — none of whom is the same man, and none of whom is Victor I of Rome.
Named once, in the Gesta apud Zenophilum — the Cirta records of 19 May 303 and 13 December 320; no other ancient source names him.
